DELIVERY & RETURNS
HOW WE GET IT TO YOU & HOW YOU SEND IT BACK
All retail orders are despatched within 4 business days and are sent by the following method:

Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer international delivery but this is definitely something we are working on.
As a small business, we are unable to offer free returns at this stage. However, if your product arrives faulty or broken then we will reimburse your postage costs (to a maximum of £3.50) once we've received your parcel. We will require proof of postage.
We do accept returns/refunds for:
Items that have arrived damaged.
If you return an item outside of its original packaging then we won't be able to offer a refund, but will instead give you the value as a voucher to use on our website.
If you would like to return something to us then in the first instance please contact us using the "Contact us" form on the website, with your order number, the nature of your problem, and any supporting photos.

We do not accept returns/refunds for:
Sample pots as these are samples of our larger products.
Wax melts that have been used or partially used.
Wax melts that you don't like the scent of. Scent is subjective.
Products where the fees have been donated to a charity or good cause.

If 10 days have elapsed since your order was despatched (UK only) and your order hasn't arrived, and your tracking number hasn't updated with any relevant information then we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
